Access Statement for Holly Tree House Self Catering Accommodation

Introduction

Holly Tree House is a detached three storey Victorian house set in an elevated position in a wooded gorge with views across the river.

We have tried to provide as much information as possible in this statement, if you have any queries please call. We look forward to welcoming you.

The nearest train stations are Hereford 9 miles, Gloucestershire 25 miles and Newport 29 miles and there are accessible taxis at the stations.
We provide a Welcome Pack (fresh bread, butter/margarine, wine and fresh flowers) and also tea, coffee and sugar are in the kitchen.

Arrival & Car Park Facilities

This is a car park with parking for 8 vehicles adjacent to the house.
Access to the Hot Tub is via the first floor landing 12 steps (each step 7” high)
Access to the Hot Tub via garden 13 steps (each step 8” high)

Main Entrance & Hallway

The entrance to the front of the house has 8 steps (each step 6” high)
The entrance to the patio via the side of the house has 5 steps (each step 6” high)
Inside the front entrance is the hallway to kitchen, which has one step (7” high), dining room via one step, which comfortably seats 20 people, games room with table football and board games via one step
Cloakroom via 2 steps (9” & 8” high) from games room.
Patio is accessed via one step (6” high) from dining room.
Access from patio to car park is 5 steps (each step 6” high).
Snug to sitting room is via one step (6½” high)
